On Wednesday March 30th the rock’n’roll band Screaming Females plan to play a cool rock show at Maxwell’s in Hoboken, NJ. Since Screaming females would like to provide their audience with an immersive experience (LOL) we are gonna Doodledrag the night.

►►††† The idea:

We have asked about 14 artists and friends to illustrate one song each from the night’s playlist, plus we asked anyone interested to submit drawings for the song “Lights out”, we got submissions from all over even Australia and Korea. nice.

We now have compiled the whole thing into a massive slide show that will be projected behind Screaming Females during their set at the Maxwell’s show.

††† Yes it will be fucking awesome.

for an anniversary gift, the girlfriend got me and her tickets for the Maxwell's show! on a school night, no less!

this brought me great joy. needless to say, we're both super excited. she's never witness you guys' glory when seen live. but i know the hike from the outskirts of philly will be more than worth it.

it was very sad that some people in the audience at the maxwells show felt the need to loudly express their sexism and homophobia with the same old cliches... most of us came to enjoy the bands and artwork but had to contend with a few people who just didnt get it and never will...despite that those who came to enjoy themselves did in a big way!!!!
